A few weeks ago we took the whole family out to eat. I asked Adam, “Do you want a cheeseburger or chicken tenders?” He said, “I want a cheeseburger…and chicken tenders.”
“Nope, buddy, you just get one.” (He tries this almost every time we eat out.)
“Then I want a banana split,” he said, looking up with those big blue eyes looking so hopeful.
The culprit? A picture of a smoothie on the menu.
I let him down easy. He got the chicken.

I think Adam and Kendra are related because their responses to that question are identical… sans banana split.
He is so cute! I can just picture him saying that with those big eyes! funny!
